Positive experience.
Easy to set up over the phone
The folks that help are very polite
And helpful
We had lights go out above our area.
It seems like they are quick to call for a repair.
No repairs have been done yet but I’m sure soon they will be.

Easy to access, easy to sign up and seems quite secure. Lighting at units would help after dark.

Absolutely the best experience ever!! Roberta is a gem 💙 she was amazing to chat with and even with the cold wind outside she walked us around the facility to show us how to use it while explaining about the many security features they have! And we showed up right before closing and she was more than happy to make sure we got everything figured out ☺️

We were unaware that we actually had to fill out the info in the email as we had given the representative all the info over the phone. Made it very chaotic once we got to the storage place and trying to get in.
Otherwise was very easy!
