Absolutely the best experience ever!! Roberta is a gem 💙 she was amazing to chat with and even with the cold wind outside she walked us around the facility to show us how to use it while explaining about the many security features they have! And we showed up right before closing and she was more than happy to make sure we got everything figured out ☺️

Roberta rocks! I will definitely recommend Mini Mall Storage because of her. She's helpful, knowledgeable, has a good listening ear, and she's got a great sense of humor! She obviously has a heart to help people and because of this, she's a huge asset to this company.

Great service , I spoke to Michelle to set up a storage locker for my uncle, who lives out of town . She did an awesome job and was very fast at getting it set up . I didn't even have to go to the facility. It was all done over the phone and email 👍.

After starting the online application and seeing how crazy the monthly fees are on top of the storage locker rent was I decided to not bother finishing the booking. 5 days later I realized They already charged my credit card and won’t refund me my money because I was over the 72 hours. I did not finish the lease agreement witch means I didn’t even have an access code to get into this place but still won’t refund me.

Roberta was absolutely amazing!!! Gave me all the info I needed and more, and was able to get me into a storage unit today. She is absolutely hands down the best front desk person a company could ask for!!
