We had a really easy, great experience with these guys. I can't remember the front desk ladies name but she was awesome, very friendly and answered all of my questions. Hooked me up with exactly what we needed and then once we found a new place to go, canceling was very easy. Thanks for your help during this time! We will remember you guys for future :)

The lady at the front desk who's name is Jen needs a raise in salary. She was amazing. Went way out of her way to fix my blunder as I rented the wrong unit for me but found a very suitable replacement. All while learning the ropes as I was her first. Lol.
One drawback is that they advertised first month rent for free and I did not receive that offer. As I originally booked online it was added to that and was not carried over to the new unit. Not Jen's doing. Other than that the service is great, and it is what it is. A storage unit in which I have access. Lol

i recently had the pleasure of interacting with Jen and i must say her customer service was outstanding! she was attentive from the moment i walked in to the storage facility,
she went above and beyond to ensure i was completely satisfied and her positive attitude made the whole experience a delight.
i highly recommend Jen and hope her efforts are recognized
